	I would love their contact info! Address and everything! Wow they want to get violent eh? This is just great I mean wow... maybe she needs to post on here and clarify whatever she feels. Another thing. I called the lady first and told her I was interested, she instructed me to send an email. I'm assuming to be tracked. I emailed the lady and followed through on my end. So I didn't actually correspond through e-mail, after the initial one that was requested by her. Does that make sense?

	I find it hilarious she's getting so angry through email yet when I try to CONTACT all the PARTIES involved on her side THEY DON'T ANSWER!! This further prooves the crookedness factor, she is getting defensive. It is the ultimate form of guilt. 	THIS IS NOT BREEDER BASHING!! Please read the entire post before you try to judge what is going on! I got taken for 400 dollars on what is a fraudulent scheme from some "breeders" in Texas. I am proceding with legal action! Read the entire post before you say a word! Thank you for the 99 percent of you who have done so and understand what has been going on in this situation since it started Sunday. Thank you to those that encourage me and my bf to not give up and actually stand for what's right! 	I called the number about the bulldogges and she was very polite and knowledgeable about her breed. She did not have much to say about the JRT except that all she did was place an add for a friend and her web site was used because it was placed in her name. I did not get very far or try and push the subject because she is not the owner of the JRT. It sucks you were scammed but dont think it is going to close them down. They can get in trouble for internet fraud but SPCA will not do anything about you getting the wrong puppy since the puppy was healthy. If you got a sickly pup then you would have a better chance. I feel for you and wish all people were honest but the truth is they are not. If you are buying an unregistered pup for less than the shipping price then it does kinda go by the rule "you get what you pay for". I in no way agree with what they did and think it is horrible but I think your attitude at the beginning of the post was headed in a better direction (at least you got a pup). With that affordable of a puppy and not checking references and not being a little weary that the web site had nothing to do with JRT's then that should have sent several red flags. I think in this case be glad you got a beautiful, healthey and happy puppy. I would not put as much effort into shutting this place down for I do not think its a puppy mill rather than a individual breeding. You are in fact happy with your puppy and if you want a refund then be expected to return the puppy. I do not think you want to return him and dont think you will get your money back and keep the pup. Its a big waste of time. I would just tell them what you think and call it what it is "a crapy situation but you didnt lose totally". If you want to shut down all the adds that are scammers on this website then most of TP adds would be removed. I would never actually buy a pup from this site because it is 80% scammers that sell and try to buy from the adds. Again I am truely sorry for your bad experience and hope all turns out well. Keep us posted on that beautiful pup and his videos.

	I don't know if it has been meationed but, on the bully site they go on about how they don't allow buyers to breed the dogs. But on the pups for sale there are 3 different people you have to call if you want to buy one.

	If you are trying to do something about this you need to find more information on the actual owner of the JRT's. The Mybullz lady does not own or ship them and your efforts will be useless. I do not think you are going to get very far and if you have no way of contacting the actual owner of the pup you bought then - why did you buy the pup if you did not talk to the owner?

	the number listed on the whois is a landline that is unreg. I did a address search of her street but did see a lisa or daisy. Did see a Maria but mira is sort of that?

	thank you Utopia! wow is it really the majroity of this site THAT bad? What a shame. You raised several points and you are right in practically all of them. My bf knows the internet all to well, (IT) I on the other hand fell in love with what I saw and he did a bit of investigating and brought up the same concerns but, he knows how bad I wanted the pup and he decided to concede. My main problem lays in the scenario and when I got the pup my calls weren't answered and if they were it was a little girl on the phone saying the person I was trying to get in touch with wasn't there and then me calling back 30 minutes later getting straight to the voicemail. I wanted to know why things were the way they were, that is all. This isn't even really about the money we are quite financially stable and of course morso about principal. We did not know what kind of dog and we weren't being told. It was so embarrassing going to Petsmart and being asked what kind of dog it is, and when we tell them they look at us like, "are you sure?" As long as Rza's tests come back nominal we don't have much of an issue but the way these people are handling this is utterly disgusting, and that is what I'd like to see change. They are making a terrible name for this industry.

	With all due respect, Rza, but like it or not, this IS breeder bashing. You're accusing a breeder who is not here to defend herself against your allegations. No one here can know whether your intentions are righteous or not. Truthfully, I'm surprised this is being allowed to go on, as other threads in the same vein have been removed in the past. Although I tend to be on your side, TP is not the place for this sort of thing, whether your intentions are honorable or not.

	Mybullz seems to be Daisy's operation. That phone number on the ad is Daisy's. But it says contact Lisa. Lisa is the alleged owner. Daisy gave me Lisa's number. I contact Lisa. She makes the arrangements for the pup. Daisy and Lisa and a few others as you will see on their site basically all work together. Not one in the same but it seems to be Daisy, Lisa, Myra's operation. On the Mybullz site they post whatever bullies they are selling. I posted a comment on her page about being scammed and that was what has triggered some response via telephone. FINALLY! This all came about by me just wanting to know what kind of dog I actually got and what had been done and what feed he was getting. That's all I wanted to know. Then it turned into this saga because of their lack of professionalism, maturity, and disrespect.

	RZA I agree totally that they are handling it very unprofessionally. I do see the principal behind it but I am not one to keep on trying to fuel the fire. I strongly believe "what goes around comes around". They will eventually get what they deserve and being dishonest like that will catch up with them. If they cant be honest enough to at least say well that is the pup we sent and that is what you are getting then it shows what kind of people they are. I would just focus on your new beautiful baby and be glad you didnt get one that looked like the poor little baby traummamamma got.

	I beg to differ and so does the majority of the people on this site. Have you read the entire thread? Have you seen the difference between what was advertised and what was received? Have you seen the postings in regards to the email correspondence? If not then you need to and regardless I am reporting this to the proper authorities. I have nothing to gain from bashing and making false assumptions. I have made a significant effort in contacting this lady and this was the only way to get my questions answered. No, I don't know what I was doing. Yes, I made mistakes with this transaction. I'm sure other people have or are about to. I think this has been allowed to go on simply for the fact that my intentions are not ill but to actually educate others, make others aware of potential frauds, and most of all raise awareness to something that seems to be getting ignored. How would you feel if you purchased something that was misadvertised? This isn't a car but an actual live animal and we aren't cold hearted to just send him back. It's not fair to our pup, and we love him, but I don't want anyone else to go through this.
